Chapter Opener

This is the last chapter, and it's short, because there's really one thing to say at the end.

You now have a working orientation to adoption as clinical territory. The vocabulary, the frameworks, the differential thinking, the populations, the structures, and a fairly long list of the things counselors miss. That's real, and it's worth something.

What you don't have is competency in the sense of being finished, and that's worth saying plainly rather than letting you leave with the wrong impression. One lesson, and then we're done.
